Robon Hood Bingo are the latest bingo site to hit the TV screens. They've gone for a simple but fun promotion which features Robin Hood himself. In the advert our hero is seen entertaining two ladies and explaining what's on offer at his bingo site. This includes free bingo coins everyday and £25 free play.
The ladies do like Robin and the bingo that he offers. Mind you, the Robin character comes across to us as a bit of a watered down version of Lord Flashheart from Blackadder! The best part of the advert though is the ending where Robin admits that the tights he's wearing aren't his own.
Hopefully this will be the first in a series of adverts featuring Robin - he most certainly has the potential to become a recognisable face of the Robin Hood Bingo site and take on Foxy in the bingo icons stakes.
The problem there is keeping the same actor on board. Foxy after all can put anyone into a fox suit. By the way we can tell you that the maidens in the advert were played by Laura Tarrent and Shinead Byrne whilst Sean Browne plays the part of Robin!
