Let's get this straight first, Posh Bingo has nothing to do with Peterborough FC or Victoria Beckham! However, they have recently undergone a makeover that Posh herself would be proud of! Formerly a Globalcom network site, Posh Bingo, a sister site of Wink Bingo, is now a standalone bingo room offering it's own promotions, competitions and free bingo. Did we say free bingo? Yes we did and Posh Bingo are being a little bit cheeky by following in the footsteps of Cheeky Bingo and offering free bingo games every day.
Since we wrote our original review of Posh in 2009, the site has gone through a number of makeovers. They now offer a 200% deposit bonus to new players, have plenty of prize promotions and offer a good range of games and sides.
As they're offering free bingo that means there's no no deposit bonus offers for new players. There is penny bingo, including a Daily £25 for 1p game plus a £50 Daily Affair 2p game, and progressive jackpots too (imaginatively name the limo jackpot and stiletto jackpot).
The question we asked when Posh launched was would it prevail or will bingo players be put off by it's heirs and graces? We also wondered how "Wink Bingo 2" would fair and could it be as successful as Wink Bingo?
In our view it's not quite managed to be as good as Wink. Since it's launch, Posh has also been joined by Redbus, Tasty and Bingo Street in the Wink stable - and none really reach the same heights as the flagship brand. However, it is a good site with some quality games. Sadly they still have the awful poodle logo.
To get the most from Posh Bingo our top tip is look out for the bonus codes that they release every weekend. You also need to be a depositing player to access some free bingo rooms. If you register at all the Joy of Bingo sites you can also join in with their cross site promotions.
