Spice Bingo Review

Back in April 2013 bingo got a whole lot spicier thanks to the addition of Spice Bingo to the 15 Marketing Network powered by Jumpman Gaming. It joined the likes of Showreel, Zingo and Rovers Bingo on this ever expanding stable of brands. When it first launched the site adopted the look of a shop on a high street. However when the 15 Network was revamped the site adopted a slightly different theme whilst keeping a healthy mix of top slots and a variety of bingo games powered by Pragmatic Play. Surprisingly Spice Bingo is still running and is now one of the longest serving partner brands on the Jumpman platform. But does this bingo brand offer players enough variety to spice up their lives. Read our review below to discover more.

Introducing Spice Bingo

Surprisingly London park is the theme that Spice Bingo decided to choose for their revamped site. At first glance we thought it looked OK, but dig deeper and there's some interesting detail here. A cityscape showing London's main buildings can be seen in the background and we do like the London Eye being utilised as the Mega Wheel bonus. More intriguingly though is there are four versions of a cartoon depiction of a young lady throughout the park. At first glance it looks like a business lady, someone having a picnic, a bike rider and a shopper. Look closely and you'll see that each version of the lady represents a spice. There's cinnamon, chilli, mint and possibly ginger. Whilst these spice girls may not be able to save the review we do like the cleverness of the design!

Spice Bingo Welcome Offer

New players who make a first deposit of £10 are invited to Spin The Mega Wheel for the chance to win up to 500 slot spins on either Irish Luck or Fluffy Favourites. There's also the chance to win Amazon vouchers but you could also come away with nothing at all! Register, login and make an initial deposit to qualify. Note that any wins from the spins are paid out as a bonus and therefore wagering terms of x65 do apply. Depositors are invited to make further spins of the Mega Wheel provided thye qualify through various deposits or trophy wins. See the promos page of the site to find out more.

Spice Bingo Rooms

Variety is the spice of life and we can report that as of March 2020 there is some variety. The arrival of Pragmatic Play's bingo product now means players can enjoy 30, 75, 80 and 90 ball games in a selection of rooms. These are joined by a couple of extra jackpot games too. Sadly the free bingo room looks to have now been closed as have the Bingo Millions options. Most of the rooms are networked with all sites powered by Pragmatic Play but Friday Fun is exclusive to the platform. The over hyped Bingo Blast game is also available to play here. Instead of waiting for 1L and 2L winners, this game takes you straight to the finishing straight to determine the full house winner. It's safe to say we're not big fans of the game and judging by the numbers that play neither is anyone else. The seasonal versions featuring Beachballs and Snowballs barely help to make the game interesting.

Spice Bingo Promotions

Player promotions at Spice Bingo are just those that are provided by Jumpman. These include a new Rewards Reel that can be played daily by funded players for the chance to win free spins. Note that wagering terms still apply to these extra spins of the Mega Reel. A trophies scheme is also in play and this gives players opportunities for further turns on the Mega Reel. Players can increase their status and earn trophies by wagering and completing challenges. Tournaments and prize draws from slot providers regularly take place every month. A big positive is that every month Jumpman now offer the chance to win prizes in a slots promotion. Disappointingly there's rarely anything offered to entice bingo players.

Our Verdict

Spice Bingo was one of the early additions to the 15 Network. It's outlasted other original incumbants like our own Clucky Bingo, Tidy and Rovers. However it now has 180+ other competitors using the same Jumpman slots and bingo rooms so doesn't exactly stand out from the crowd. The new bingo rooms on offer is finally does "inject some real spice" and about time too. Where there is plenty of spice is within the slots channel. Players have access to top games such as Starburst, Rainbow Riches and Fluffy Favorites. Throw in a few progressives and Megaways plus a smattering of table games and there's definitely variety. Don't expect anything unique though! Overall we like the theme but that's about it when it comes to Spice Bingo. Be aware that as of May 2020 all withdrawals incur a £2.50 admin fee.
