Just launched this competition offers a £670,000 Beach House in Shoreham as the prize. Entry is via a Sudoku puzzle and 40000 tickets need to be sold. Site closed October 2009.

The competition closed with only 864 correct entries. The prize fund (70% of income) was £11,540 and the winner announced as Mr Ian Coldwell of Derby. The house is now up for sale.

The first win a house competition to sell all it's tickets. After a lengthy issue with The Gambling Commission The Wilshaws have announced that the house winner is Christoph Jaeger from Hamburg, Germany.
