Sites like The Daily Draw and Loopy Lotto used to offer you the chance to win £1million each day. You needed to visit the site, select your 6 (or 7) numbers, and that was it! You then were required to click on an advert to validate your entry. Unfortunately most online lotto sites have all but gone, with just The Daily Draw, Bananalotto and Kingo Lotto (same company) still running.
The odds of winning the top prize are quite remote, but people do win! In August 2002, Ian White became the first person in Europe to win £1 million in an online lottery by playing The Daily Draw. A second winner was also generated by the site, but these days it's shadow of it's former self.
