A new craze has apparently hit the poker rooms over at Coral Poker and it's called Dice Hold'em. Enter the Dice Arena and take part against other players plus there's even free tournaments with cash prizes every day too. But what is Dice Hold'em? According to Coral Poker Dice Hold'em is just like Texas Hold'em, but with dice (which given the name makes a lot of sense). Instead of getting two cards, you get two dice. Three community dice are then rolled, and based on your hand you can bet or fold, just like in normal poker. The turn and river dice are then rolled and betting continues or hands are revealed. The best hand of 5 dice wins!
Essentially it's a kind of Yahtzee meets Poker type game. The good news is that you can give it a try by playing in the hourly freeroll games. As well as Dice Hold'em there's also Shoot the Moons in Coral's Dice Arena. The objective of the game is simply to get the highest possible score with two dice and three rolls. There's betting and bluffing involved and it's an easy game to play.
If poker is leaving you a little flat then Coral's Dice Arena may well be a good place to try something new. There are regular tournaments and with over 100 players the signs are that this could be become popular.
