If you're getting a little bit bored of the same old Texas Holdem games online then Paddy Power Poker have come up with something new for you to try. They've just introduced a trio of Asia based poker games - Chinese Poker, Big Two and Beat the Landlord.
To help you Paddy Power Poker have provided some easy to use downloadable guides to the games. However if you wonder over to Youtube you can usually find a video guide and we've unearthed this one for Chinese Poker.
The aim is to make 3 different poker hands from your 13 cards, with your best hand beating all other players. It sounds a lot more complicated than 3 or 5 card stud, but no doubt when the game gets going and you start to understand what you're doing it should be a lot of fun.
As with all variations of poker it's best to start off slow (and for as little cash as possible) so that you can understand the subtle rule differences and scoring.
Look out for Asian Poker tournaments at Paddy Power Poker in the future and in the mean time have a go at understanding the games on offer.
