At Loquax we love giving away prizes to our users and currently run a number of exclusive giveaways in our Prize Draws section. These competitions are usually run with prizes provided by Loquax, although we have run prize draws in the past sponsored by our friends at Prezzybox, ASOS.com, Thedoghouse, BlahDVD, Jackpotjoy and Gadgetstorm.
What We Offer
We can offer a number of competition formats including simple prize draw, lead generation, and our (currently unique) "traffic driver" price question competitions that utilise affiliate product feeds. All competitions are promoted via the website and to our 50,000 newsletter subscribers.
Price Question Competitions
Note that you must have an affiliate program with an active product feed for this kind of competition. Users are asked to find the price of products from your product feed example). The question is randomised so users have to visit your site. This gives you traffic and increased brand awareness (and hopefully sales). The products can be tailored to specific items and/or promotions too. After answering the question the user is shown more of your products (and possibly offered a discount too).
Prizes To Offer
Please note that we are selective about what we offer exclusively to our users. We would prefer a minimum prize value of £50. Vouchers are always a good prize as they allow the winner to buy what they like! The more exclusive the prize (e.g. concert tickets) the fewer entries there will be. We are not interested in timeshare holidays, makeovers or discounts as prizes.
Number of Entries
Please note we can't tell you how many people will enter a competition! It's not possible to do so! The number of entries for a competition depend upon the prize on offer and the type of competition (e.g. a free draw for example would attract more entries then a "sign up & deposit £10" competition).
The Cost
We are happy to run sponsored competitions for free. All you have to do is provide the prize and either send it to us or the winner. If you require datashare then we will consider running the competition, but charges may be made on a CPA basis or a one off admin fee.
What Next?
