The Foxy Bingo Prize Bus Tour continues and that means another in their series of adverts. The next is for Foxy's Everyone's A Winner game 'Find Foxy' which is running on the site until the 21st April. Now we've already reviewed one Foxy ad in the series, but something caught our eye in this one and that's the name of the town Foxy passes through near the start.
The advert starts off with a Welsh Male Voice choir - we know this because they are wearing welsh ties. The bus then passes a sign post saying "Llandofbingogogoch". If you've never been there then do try and visit next time you visit Wales. It's a small town about five miles west of Llanbobl, another fabulous place to go!
Surprisingly there's no reference to Llandofbingogogoch on other bingo sites despite the ad nearing the end of it's run - perhaps they didn't spot the name? In fact the only online mention of Llandofbingogogoch was from a tweeter unhappy by the stereotypical Llan and gogogoch naming of Welsh towns. They also told Foxy where to go - although not in Welsh which would have been a lot funnier.
We are wondering whether Foxy is actually in Wales for that section of the advert. It looks more like The Moors - and it's also not raining so there's no way it's Wales (the irony is the sun is shining bright at the time of writing)! Anyway that's by the by - Foxy and his crew of I Believe In Miracles singing players end up in Liverpool by the end of the clip.
It's good Foxy fun as always but to be honest we're getting a bit tired of this bus trip now. A bunch of people on a bus waving their arms is starting to lose it's charm - we'd rather that the Welsh Choir was on the bus singing instead.
