The Bingo Caller Machine App
Posted by Jason Dale
Once upon a time if you wanted to host a bingo evening at a local club or pub then you'd need a bingo number machine. These were like wirey metal hamster balls full of balls and when you turned a handle the numbers would pop out. These antiques can now be confined to history thanks to a brand new mobile app.
The Bingo Caller Machine App has just been released by App Developers Ltd and it's available for Android, iPad, Kindle, Mac, Fire TV and Apple TV devices. It costs £2.99 for Apple iPhone users and it claims to be "perfect for bingo parties, bingo fundraising events, quiet nights in or family fun".
The app tries to be different from the competition by offering a number of options. For example you can choose 60, 75 and 90 ball games. There are 5 speed settings and you can choose the caller to just give out numbers or use the traditional bingo calls like Legs Eleven and Two Fat Ladies.
What we like about the app is that you can use it on larger devices - your TV can essentially become a bingo calling screen! The app offers a bundle of different themes including colours and special events. The name of the game can also be customised.
The biggest drawback to The Bingo Caller Machine App is the price as at £2.99 it makes it the most expensive one available. Bingo Machine costs 70p plus has in-app purchases whilst Bingo by Valup Technology costs £1.99 but is a 3D version of the traditional machine. The latter offers 25, 75 and 90 ball games and you can even download free bingo cards from the Valup website.
However, The Bingo Caller Machine App looks the most impressive and it'd definitely add a touch of professionalism to your bingo event. If you're looking for a bingo calling app then this is well worth checking out.
