Play Game Show Bingo - 90 Ball Bingo

Earlier this month Jackpotjoy added the 90 ball Blox Bingo to their roster. Now usually when a new variant of the popular numbers game is launched it's a few months before anything else new arrives. That's not the case for Jackpotjoy. Joining Blox Bingo is another new variation of the 90 ball game and it's called Game Show Bingo.

The format of Game Show Bingo is pretty similar to Blox Bingo. You play a traditional 90 ball game as usual. This is then followed by a bonus round, provided that you've purchased at least six tickets for that particular game. There are three different bonus games - Sumo, Bungee and Balloon Pop Bonus.
Bungee Box Collecting
All three games are skill games where the aim is to attain a high score in order to win free tickets. In Sumo, for example, players need to hit one of three sumo wrestlers with one of five different colour balls. Similarly in balloon pop you need to burst a certain colour of balloon as indicated in the game area.
The bungee game doesn't involve hurtling off a bridge into the depths below. Instead you need collect boxes! We guess Jackpotjoy have called this round bungee because it sounds a lot more exciting than box collecting. Note that the maximum number of tickets you can win in each bonus round is 12.
Progressive Jackpots
Joining the bonus rounds is a Community Progressive Jackpot. Call house in 38 calls or less in order to win the pot. If the progressive is won then 50% of the pot goes to the winner whilst the remainder is divided by the roomies playing at the time of the win.
In addition there's a Fantastic 51 Super Jackpot. This is won when a full house is called in 51 calls or less. The amount is x1000 the ticket price. For example the prize would be £100 for a 10p game or £250 for a 25p game. As far as we're aware this is awarded on top of the main full house prize.
After a turbulent year for online bingo it's great to see at least one brand making moves forward. As with Blox Bingo, Game Show is not an earth shattering development but the bonus round does add to the bingo experience. We wonder whether we will see additional new games for bingo players at Jackpotjoy?
