Bingo Stars Review
Bingo Stars is the latest brand to come back from oblivion and relaunch under new ownership. This time round it's joined the Dazzletag stable which means it's now a sister site to the likes of Peachy Games and BingoCams. The latter sadly isn't exactly pulling up trees bingo wise these days and thankfully Bingo Stars hasn't become part of the same network. Instead it's taken the same path as Peachy by employing the Pragamtic Play platform to power their bingo rooms. This means you can play the same games at Stars that you can play at multiple Jumpman powered sites, Bet365 Bingo, Heart Bingo, PlayOJO and many more. That tempers our excitement somewhat but given that this site is pretty much on course to be the only new bingo site of 2022 we might as well try and enjoy it. Let's take a closer look and see what is on offer.
Introducing Bingo Stars
Like most bingo brands these days, Bingo Stars is a very simplistic site with a straightforward design. With blues and purples it has a very similar look to BingoCams! The homepage is dominated by the welcome offer and includes a few coloured bingo balls for good measure. Each ball is numbered 30 to emphasise the welcome offer. Interestingly the site highlights three reasons why you should play here including "Fast & Secure Withdrawals" and "Operating +10 years". The last claim is a little bit tenuous as this version of Bingo Stars most certainly hasn't been operating for over ten years. As is standard for a bingo brand, slots feature on the homepage over any mention of the available rooms you can play in. The site's chat hosts (currently Sarah, Harry, Leanne and Lisa) are also highlighted. From what we can gather this site will have exclusive chat rooms and they'll be hosts available 7 days a week to assist. With some platforms dropping chat then this sounds a good move.
Bingo Stars Welcome Offer
New players to the new look Bingo Stars are offered a 300% welcome bonus - up to a maximum of £60 plus spins. Register, login and deposit £10 or £20 to get a £30 or £60 bonus as well as 20 bonus spins on Fluffy Favourites. Wagering terms apply and these are x4 for bingo and x40 for wins from the spins. Note that the bonus can only be used in the various bingo rooms. Whilst this isn't the best bonus on Pragmatic Play (Heart offers a £30 bonus plus 100 spins and no wagering terms), it does stack up well against the majority of Jumpamn brands that also use the platform. One thing we're not clear on is whether the Bingo Stars bonus is only available in selected rooms. We can't see an exclusive room so that means the bonus is playable in networked ones which seems to put things a little off kilter across the various brands.
Bingo Stars Bingo Rooms
The Pragmatic Play platform offers players access to a variety of games including 30 ball, 75 ball, 80 ball and 90 ball. In the Bingo Stars Lobby we found Lucky 75, Shooting Stars, 80s Heaven, Jackpot Lounge, Blockbuster Cash Pots and Bingo Blast. These were joined by Superstar and The Red Carpet. Bingo Blast is the straight to the action 90 ball game which bypasses 1L and 2L so that the full house is reach quicker. Some people think it's brilliant but we think it just sucks all the fun out of bingo. Other Pragmatic Play brands have rooms where you can win spins and although we can't see a Reels Room at Stars it is alluded to in the site's FAQ. It'll also be interesting to see if the newest room to Pragmatic Play's roster, Diamond Dazzle, will find it's way to the lobby area at Stars. Sadly there are no exclusive rooms here but as mentioned above there is an exclusive chat facility.
