Give Back Bingo Review
Give Back Bingo
Following in the footsteps of Kitty, Lucky Pants and Bingo Extra is Give Back Bingo. This brand differentiates itself from it's Daub sister sites by donating to a different charity every month. Charity bingo sites have come and gone over the years, so can Give Back be successful when many others have struggled?
When you visit Give Back Bingo you're met with a colourful, but well laid out, site. Pink is the predominant colour and there's a cute looking dog, named Stanley, on hand to add character to proceedings. Links to the latest slots, bingo rooms plus news on the current jackpots fill up the homepage. They are also joined by articles related to charity and the donations made by the site.
Give Back Bingo Bonus
New players to Give Back Bingo are offered a 150% deposit bonus plus spins. Deposit £10 to £100 to receive the bonus. Maximum bonus is £150. All first depositors receive 20 spins. Wagering terms apply to both bonus and spins. The terms at time of writing are x4 for bingo and x25 for the spins. Full details can be found at the site.
75 ball and 90 ball rooms are all you'll find bingo wise at Give Back. Lucky Ducky, Chatterbox, Penny Bingo and Free Bingo are the main rooms. These are joined by a series of jackpot games such as £100 Treat Yourself, Mystery Machine and The £10K Super Slider. Note that Give Back shares it's rooms and jackpots with Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants and Bingo Extra.
Give Back Bingo Promotions
As well as sharing bingo rooms, Give Back also shares quite a few promotions with it's sister sites. Win-Back Wednesday, £500 Saturday Special and Bonus Booster will be familiar to regulars at the likes of Lucky Pants and Kitty. A VIP Exclusive prize draw is also another shared feature. Occasionally GBB will have it's own promo but it's rare.
It's exclusivity does however lie in it's donation to charity. Each month Give Back selects one worthy cause and donates to it on behalf of the community. Macmillan Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Paws, Brooke and Farm Animal Sanctuary all were supported by GBB during 2018. These are great causes but we'd love to see some smaller charities supported - perhaps ones closer to GBB player's hearts?
We do know is that Give Back is committed to donating a minimum of £500 per month to the featured charity. A total of £883 was donated to Save The Elephants in February 2019. Whilst we admire this aspect of GBB's online presence we would like to see more information on payments and amounts to charity. Not because we don't trust them but other charity bingo sites have in the past been less than transparent.
What we don't know is how Give Back determine their charitable donation. On the site that say "at the end of the month they will donate all bingo profits to the chosen charity". £883 as a month's bingo profit doesn't seem that much but who knows in these days of Brexit, GDPR, UKGC and austerity.
We've always been big fans of Daub brands such as Kitty Bingo, Spin And Win and Lucky Pants. Give Back is no different as it basically does the same as it's sister brands. We like the fact that they're different to the usual suspects that use the likes of Dragonfish, Jumpman and Cozy Games.
The charity aspect of the site is an added bonus. However from a player perspective we don't see it as a sufficient enough hook. Sites like Mecca and Gala support charities regularly and - in fairness - offer players a lot more. That said if you like the idea of playing and supporting a different charity each month then Give Back is the best option.
