Bingo Diamond launched in 2011 but was taken over in 2015 by Broadway Gaming thereby adding to their stable of brands that includes Rosy, Butlers, Dotty and Glossy. In October 2020 the platform made further changes by moving it's bingo rooms to the increasingly popular Pragmatic Play set-up, replacing the old bingo rooms powered by Microgaming. Today Bingo Diamond gives players access to a number of exciting bingo rooms as well as a series of top quality slots.
Introducing Bingo Diamond
All the Broadway Gaming brands are now very similar in design. They've all been developed for mobile and the there's a pleasing simplicity about them. Big splashes for the welcome offer, slots and bingo rooms dominate the homepage and it's actually quite nice not to see 100s of slots the minute you arrive there. On the flipside we do still think that the logo looks like it was designed using logo generator software that was popular in the late 90s and came free with computer magazines. Bingo Diamond Rooms Bingo
Login to the Bingo Diamond lobby and you will discover a handful of bingo rooms spanning 30, 50, 75, 80 and 90 ball variants. These include The Broadway Room (90), Friendship (90), Sapphire, Speed Bingo (30), Spinner Room and Rainbow Room. These rooms are shared with Diamond's sister sites and as far as we're aware Bingo Diamond doesn't have an exclusive room - although Broadway is exclusive to the group. Joining the standard bingo games are variations such as Animingo, Diamond Dazzle, Drop Pots and Bingo Blast. Ticket prices are reasonable at around 5p and 10p a ticket but since the move to Pragmatic Play we're pleased to report that there are now penny games.
Bingo Diamond Slots
Slots form a strong part of the Bingo Diamond roster and it's sister sites. Popular slots include Joker Ice Frenzy, 9 Masks of Fire, Gold Blitz, Blazing Bison, Noble Sky and Asgardian Fire. Whilst some of these slots will be familiar to some players the more traditional 'bingo site' names like Fluffy Favourites, Starburst and Rainbow Riches are nowhere to be seen. Also missing in action are Slingo games although you will find a bunch of Megaways titles. Bingo Diamond also shy away from the harder casino games such as Blackjack and Roulette plus you'll also not find Live Game Shows. For some this might be a deal breaker, but actually it's nice to discover a brand that isn't the identikit bingo site. The games that do find aren't well categorised though and we'd rather see better organisation than a whole section dedicated to just six scratchcard games, for example.
Bingo Diamond Promotions
During 2018 the Broadway group gave their players the chance to win cars, holidays and cash prizes in big monthly promos. We had hoped that this level of giveaway would continue after moving to Pragmatic Play but there's not been that much to write home about. Maybe they blew all the budget purchasing Dragonfish? Anyway there are a couple of network offers featured on the promotions page alongside a couple of Broadway Room exclusives. Our Verdict
On the plus side it's good to see that wagering terms for Broadway Gaming's brands on Pragmatic Play have been reduced to a level that's much more acceptable to bingo players. Some slot players may be disappointed with the choice of games available but we quite like that Fluffy and co aren't part of the roster - it makes a change! A feww things to note include that withdrawals under £10 are subject to a £2 fee. Whilst this isn't great this penalty has improved slightly as it used to be for withdrawals under £20. Progressive jackpot wins can't be withdrawn in full. In addition monthly admin fees are charged should your account become dormant and still contain funds. Overall there's plenty to like at Bingo Diamond although fans of Pragmatic Play Bingo may prefer Heart or PlayOJO as alternatives with a few more options.
