Bringo Bingo Review
July 2017 breathed a bit of life into the new bingo site arena! Joining new launches Real Deal and Queen Bee this month was another new brand from Ignite/Mandalay Media. Called Bringo Bingo, it positioned itself on their own mini-network, headed up by Costa, and powered by Dragonfish. This game show inspired brand calls itself "The Brightest Bingo Show On The Internet". We put the spotlight on Bringo to see if it really is a bright spot for bingo and slots.
Bringo Bingo launched as a game-show themed brand. A silhouetted audience and stage are the backdrop for the site. We love the "applause" and "laughter" signs either side of the stage. Sadly a cheesey smiley host - who bizarrely reminded us of Derek Batey who used to do Mr & Mrs - has been dismissed. In truth we don't quite get how Bringo relates to a game show. If you Google the word 'bringo' then the top definition according to The Urban Dictionary is "when an individual unleashes all his rage and anger on another individual or group of individuals". That sounds more like Angry Bingo!
Bringo Bingo Welcome Offer
New contestants joining Bringo Bingo can receive 120 free bingo tickets when making an initial deposit of £10 or more. The free bingo tickets can only be used in selected rooms but they give you the opportunity to try the main bingo variants. The tickets are for Ticket To Ride (75), Just The Ticket (75), Golden Ticket (90) and Choo Choo Ticket (5 Line). All are open from 10am to midnight daily and winnings are paid as real cash and no wagering terms apply. Further free tickets are offered on your second and third deposits. Again no wagering terms apply here either.
Inside the Bringo lobby you will find 75 ball and 90 ball rooms alongside plenty of free bingo. Some of the free games are accessible to non-depositors! If you fancy something a little different then there's always the 52 Ball playing card based game Bingo Vegas to try too. If you like bargain games then Bringo is a good option. Ticket prices are typically 5p or 10p each but you can also find plenty of 1p and 2p games. Regulars and depositors can also enjoy free games in Light It Up and Free Fortune.
Bringo Bingo Promotions
Promotions are pretty static at Bringo Bingo. We're hard pressed to recall any exclusives. What you will find are a handful of regular jackpotts that are shared with other brands within the same group. For example you can play Phone a Friend every Tuesday at 9pm for the chance to win a share of 500 spins. Opportunity Knocks is a £3000 jackpot game that runs each Saturday whilst The Prize is Right has a £500 pot every Thursday. If you prefer free games then make sure you login to Strike It Sunday at 9pm when £500 cash is up for grabs.
As well as the bingo, Bringo offers you access to many exciting slots. There are over 300 different slots and casino games available to play. Most of these will be accessible via mobile and desktop - no app is required. Among the top games are Foxin' Wins, Fluffy Too, Irish Luck, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Cleopatra and Twinkle. Live casino games and Slingo titles are also in the mix. Slots don't feature too much at Bringo which is a plus if you're not keen on their continued interference on other sites.
Everything at Bringo is pretty much the same as what you'll find at other Ignite bingo brands such Wish, Treasure, Monkey, Costa, Sing, City and Fancy. There's the same VIP loyalty programme, Diamond Club and regular jackpots - some of which we've flagged up above. Back in 2017 we lamented that "there are no exclusives" and unfortunately that is still the case and likely to always be the case. There's no way Bringo can differentiate itself from it's sister sites.
However if you want to "come on down" to Bringo then there are plenty of reasons to check it out. The welcome bonus is attractive especially as no wagering terms apply. Additionally you can enjoy a couple of days of free bingo. The Dragonfish platform is still highly rated and the selection of rooms and slots decent. We'd still love to see more variations, bigger jackpots and prizes.
