Deep Sea Bingo Review
Back in June 2015 we reviewed a new Virtue Fusion site called Sea Bingo. That brand barely managed to set sail in the seas of online bingo and sadly sunk to the depths of Davy Jones' Locker very quickly. Twelve months later another oceanic inspired site debuted in the online bingo world. It's Deep Sea Bingo and operates on the Dragonfish Network but has it made a big splash with players.
The arrival of Deep Sea Bingo was a bit of shock because it joined the Costa Bingo stable. However instead of joining the likes of Wish, Treasure and Rio in the same group, it instead launched on the Dragonfish Network. The site itself looks quite cool with it's underwater theme. It's also managed to retain some character including bingo balls instead of pearls in oysters. We can even forgive the "whale of a time" pun.
Deep Sea Bingo Welcome Offer
When it launched Deep Sea Bingo offered new players a no deposit bonus. This was a rarity on the Dragonfish Network however unsurprisingly it's now no longer available. New players are offered a 100% bingo bonus up to £50 with a minimum deposit of £10. Additionally there's a second deposit bonus of 100% but with a minimum deposit of £20. A code DEEP40 is also required. Wagering terms apply and these are set at x4 the bingo bonus. There are no slots or game bonuses on offer.
New players at Deep Sea Bingo can enjoy some no deposit bingo. Register and login to access the Daily Doozey for three days after joining. Inside this free bingo room you'll be able to play 75 ball games for the chance to win bonus prizes. These bonuses will attract wagering terms. Other free bingo rooms are available but you'll need to be a regular depositor to qualify for these particular games. Free bingo rooms include Quids In, On The House and Freebie.
Deep Sea Bingo Promotions
Deep Sea Bingo gives you access to a suite of exciting 75 and 90 ball bingo games. These are joined by Suits You, a 52 ball playing card game, and a 52 ball bingo roulette game. Additionally there are daily jackpot games plus a couple of free games including the £250 Sunday Sizzle and £1000 Magical Monday. The biggest game takes place at 10pm on the 10th of every month and is called The Big £10K. This is an invite only game where everyone's a winner!
The Big £10K is just one of the main promotions at Deep Sea Bingo. Other popular offers include Mystery Jackpots, The 2 Million Race and The Late Night Show. However don't expect to find any exclusives at Deep Sea. Other than it's no deposit bonus at launch it's actually never offered anything exclusive to players. They do however have plenty of top slots! There are popular games provided by Eyecon, Netent and Slingo including the crowd favourites of Starburst, Fluffy Favourites and Millionaire Genie.
Our Verdicr
Deep Sea Bingo has the look of a Costa Bingo sister site, but we are a tad disappointed that it's merely just a good looking Dragonfish network brand. That's not a bad thing as it's a good bingo experience. When it first launch we did advise that you "dive in for the £5 free bonus and then see how things go". We also said "hopefully there will be exclusives bubbling to the surface". Sadly the £5 no deposit has sunk and any exclusives never surfaced.
For us Deep Sea Bingo arrived at an inopportune moment. Bonuses and online gambling were just coming under scrutiny and the market was saturated. It didn't add anything that Costa, City and Sing weren't already doing and doing better. You might want to chance your arm and fish for a bingo experience at Deep Sea. We're pretty sure you'd be better off having a whale of a time at an alternative option.
