Spice Bingo Review
Back in April 2013 bingo got a whole lot spicier thanks to the addition of Spice Bingo to the 15 Marketing Network powered by Jumpman Gaming. It joined the likes of Showreel, Zingo and Rovers Bingo on this ever expanding stable of brands. When it first launched the site adopted the look of a shop on a high street. However when the 15 Network was revamped the site adopted a slightly different theme whilst keeping a healthy mix of top slots and a variety of bingo games.
A London park is the theme that Spice Bingo decided to choose for their revamped site. At first glance we thought it looked OK, but dig deeper and there's some detail here. A cityscape showing London's main buildings can be seen in the background. We do like the London Eye being utilised as the Mega Wheel. Four versions of a cartoon depiction of a young lady is seen throughout the park. Look closely and you'll see that each version of the lady represents a spice. There's cinnamon, chilli, mint and possibly ginger.
Spice Bingo Welcome Offer
New players who make a first deposit of £10 are invited to Spin The Mega Wheel for the chance to win up to 500 slot spins on either Irish Luck or Fluffy Favourites. There's also the chance to win Amazon vouchers but you could also come away with nothing at all! Wins from the spins are paid out as a bonus and therefore wagering terms of x65 do apply. Depositors are invited to make further spins of the Mega Wheel on deposits of £20 or more.
Variety is the spice of life and we can report that as of March 2020 there is some variety. The arrival of Pragmatic Play's bingo product now means players can enjoy 75, 80 and 90 ball games in a selection of rooms. These are joined by a couple of extra jackpot games too. Sadly the free bingo room looks to have now been closed. The new rooms are joined by Bingo Millions. This is a shared game from Mutuel Play that combines lotto and bingo. The 90 ball version plays twice a week but there are also instant win versions of the 75, 80 and 90 ball game.
Spice Bingo Promotions
When Spice originally launched the network promotions included Weekend Wad, Monday Madness, £1000 Tuesday Treasure and regular slot promos. There was also guaranteed jackpot games during the week plus a £3000 Pay Day game that ran once a month. Now there's just some new jackpot games thanks to the arrival of new bingo rooms. There was free bingo but you needed to be a depositor to access the room. A newbies room is an option and one we hope to see soon.
The main network promotions now include Daily Cashback and 31 Days of Double Cashback for new players. All new players will automatically qualify for at least 1% Daily Cashback but note that it must be claimed as it won't be awarded. Other promos include Happy Hours and Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. The latter rewards the player with the highest slot win with a £50 Just Eat Voucher. Slot tournaments take place throughout the month.
Spice Bingo was one of the early additions to the 15 Network. It's outlasted other original incumbants like Clucky, Tidy and Rovers. However it now has 140+ other competitors using the same Jumpman slots and bingo rooms so doesn't exactly stand out from the crowd. The new bingo rooms on offer is finally does "inject some real spice" and about time too. The addition of Bingo Millions plus the new rooms may just boost Jumpman as a destination for bingo players.
Where there is a bit of spice is within the slots channel. Players have access to top games such as Starburst, Rainbow Riches and Fluffy Favorites. Throw in a few progressives and Megaways plus a smattering of table games and there's definitely variety. Don't expect anything unique though! Overall we like the theme but that's about it when it comes to Spice Bingo. As a Jumpman brand it's good but then so are it's 140+ stable friends doing exactly the same thing. Be aware that as of May 2020 all withdrawals incur a £2.50 admin fee.
