Peter Andre Is Early Strictly Come Dancing Favourite

William Hill Offers: Up To £25 Matched Deposit Bet
With Celebrity Big Brother descending into chaos and about to conclude, it's probably a good time to start looking at other TV Shows for your betting as we head towards Winter. As is traditional it's The X Factor versus Strictly Come Dancing in the battle of TV ratings and betting. We think it's a no contest as no one really cares about The X Factor these days.
The early favourite to get their hands on the Glitter Ball for 2015 is Peter Andre. The singer turned reality TV star is currently at 5/2 with William Hill to win. Now usually as we've predicted the winner in 2013 and runner-up in 2014 - we'd say avoid this bet - and guess what? We're saying it again. Peter's a nice guy and he'll do well but we're not sure he's a ballroom winner.
We think the winner will come from either Helen George (5/1) or Georgia May Foote (8/1). The Call The Mid Wife star (that's Helen George in case you didn't know) edges it for us and is our favourite to win. Why? We couldn't tell you in the slightest - let's just say gut instinct. It'll be a close run thing though with the Corrie actress pushing for a final place.
If you fancy a bit of an outside bet then we'd suggest Kirsty Gallacher at 9/1. Those odds are the same as Jay McGuinness (The Wanted). Jamelia and Katy Derham are at 10s whilst the odds stretch after that to the likes of Anthony Ogogo at 16/1 and Ainsley Harriet at 33/1. Daniel O'Donnell joins Ainsley on the outside and is also 33/1 to win. Don't waste your money on him as he won't win.
Well not unless you want to place a bet on the first celebrity to be eliminated. O'Donnell is a nice 9/2 to be kicked out in week one but he's not favourite to go. That position falls to Jeremy Vine who you'll get at 10/3 to leave Strictly Come Dancing first with William Hill. Iwan Thomas at 7/1 may well be a good outside bet for the first show.
So will it be back on track with our Strictly Come Dancing winner prediction? It's a tough one this year as there's a few contenders. Andre is obviously favourite given his name and background but rarely does the early favourite prevail. The show is more geared towards a female winner. So come on Helen George - don't let us down.
