The Live Bingo Network on the Cozy Games platform boasts almost 60 sites but expansion has been limited since August. The reason for this may well be because the current growth focus seems to be on the Best Bingo Network. This group of sites, flag shipped by Gone, gained a new member recently in the shape of Kelly's Eye.
However, there have been a few more additions to the group. Sadly these new BBN sites have come at the expense of two other Cozy Games networks. The Fun Bingo Network and Super Bingo Network have now closed and both have been merged with BBN. Amongst the brands involved in this change are Epic, Harrys, United Colours and Mira.
The BBN now boasts 17 members which should help boost jackpots and promotions. On the flipside though it does mean that all 17 sites will have the same promotions as opposed to different offers on different brands. It's not all bad news though as each site has - so far - retained it's welcome offer and no deposit bonus.
Now you'd think that if there are two networks - The LBN and The BBN - that they would have different rooms and promotions. Unfortunately that's not the case and it does seem that in fact there's now just one whole network. So in fact what we have now is almost 80 sites all offering the same promotions.
If you do like playing on the Cozy Games platform but would prefer something a little different then there's always The Lucky Duck Network. This was founded by Game Village when they moved from their independent platform to the Cozy software. In 2015 they were joined by Bingo Magix. Note that neither Game Village or Bingo Magix will offer you a no deposit bonus.
Consolidation will no doubt continue across the whole of the bingo arena. Whilst that may improve jackpots and offers available, it also limits players choice and opportunities to win as less games will be being played. 2016 is going to be a very interesting year for online bingo!
