To celebrate the upcoming Euro Championships, Skybet have made changes to their welcome offer for new punters. For the next couple of weeks, the Bet £5 Get £20 offer will be replaced by a special promotion. With this offer you could collect a £3 free bet every time your team - although terms do apply.
Sky's European Championship welcome offer requires you to place a £10 bet on the team you think will win the tournament. In return you'll receive a £3 bonus each time your selected side wins. In theory you could get a return of £21 with this promotion - but it all depends on the team you select and how they perform.
We're not convinced that this is actually a better offer than the 'Bet £5 Get £20' deal that will return on the 11th June. For that promo you place a £5 single or each way bet on any sports market at odds of evens or above to get a £20 free bet! So that's a 400% bonus guaranteed compared to a 210% bonus which is dependent on a number of factors.
With the Euro 2016 offer you need to stake £10 or more on a team to win or £10 each-way on the Euro 2016 outright market. If you pick England for example, and they win one game but lose two then you'll only collect a 30% bonus. No matter which way you look at it there doesn't seem to be any good reason to go for this promo if welcome bonuses are important to you as a new player.
However there are other advantages for joining Skybet! Just by registering you'll be able to play their free Super Six, Fantasy Football and the new Fantasy Six A Side games. We anticipate that at least one or two of these games will run during the Championships - most certainly they'll be back for the new season.
Finally do note that wagering terms will apply to all free and bonus bets. Check out all the conditions on Skybet.
