MrQ Launches On New Bingo Software
Article Updated On 16th August 2018
Most new bingo sites that have launched in the past few years have opted for well known platforms. Dragonfish, Jumpman or Cozy Games tends to be the software of choice. The reason for this is that new bingo platforms tend not to perform so well. Amuso, Wonder Bingo and Xbingo all tried their hand to be different - but sadly failed. Hoping to break the mould is MrQ - a new bingo site that aims to be different.
MrQ comes from the Lindar Media camp. They're not new to the bingo scene having over seen sites such as Two Little Fleas, Circus Bingo, Oink Bingo and Pixie Bingo. They tempted the bingo community a couple of years back with the "pre-launch" of Square Bingo. An exciting project that was in fact the basis of an April Fool's joke.
Free For All Bingo
MrQ has been in the offing for some time, but it's good to see it launch. The online bingo industry has become stale - at least in terms of innovation. So it'll be interesting to see if this new kid on the block can tempt players. That may not be that easy, especially when you see that Jumpman brands are struggling to attract players.
Signing up to MrQ is quick and easy. To tempt newbies the site hosts a Free For All Room where prizes of £5 are offered for each game. The prizes are paid in cash and there are no wagering terms attached. Note that there needs to be enough players for the game to start. Make a deposit of £10 to claim 10 Free Spins that can be used on Babushkas slot only.
75 & 90 Ball Bingo
The lobby area of MrQ looks impressive. It's simple to use and everything looks bright and colourful. Some lobby areas on other platforms look dated but that's most certainly not the case here. The site is responsive to mobile and tablet too. There are 2 free rooms, 2 90 ball paying rooms and 2 75 ball paying rooms.
Slots are currently limited to around about 30 titles. However, at first glance they do look unique to the platform. It wouldn't be a surprise to see titles from the usual suspects such as Fluffy Favourites, Starburst and Rainbow Riches, being added in the future.
Lindar have always been good with respect to the visuals of their brands, and MrQ is no exception. At first glance there's plenty to like beyond the look. This includes the no wagering terms, free bingo, minimum deposit/withdrawals at just £5 and options to earn spins for referring friends.
The biggest problem for MrQ is getting folk through the door. Once through the door they then need to find things running well. However, even then that's not a guarantee for success. But independents can flourish online - Tombola are the prime example. New platforms are needed and if MrQ does well then it may encourage others to jump on board.
A review of MrQ will be added to our reviews section in due course.
