Coral have come up with a novel way to add some spice to their Build Your Bet feature. They're offering a £10,000 cash prize to the player who has the biggest winning bet on BYB between the 17th and 30th September. As well as the £10K, there's also a further £15,000 to be won - and this is split amongst 9 runners up.
This is the second Build Your Bet Leaderboard tournament that's taken place at Coral. Last time round a player 'Jay' won the £10,000 first prize with an incredible 2091/1 bet. They bet on Cardiff v Arsenal and their Build Your Bet included over 11.5 corners, over 3.5 goals and over 35.5 booking points.
How To Build Your Bet
To get involved with the latest promotion you simply need to Build Your Bet. Just click on the Build Your Bet at Coral Sports and start building. You just choose your game, pick your markets and get your price instantly. There's no messing around with tweets or waiting for replies. Once you've chosen your bet then you need to wager a minimum of £1.
If your bet wins, then you'll be added to Coral's Build Your Bet Leaderboard. Your aim is to hit the top spot or at least the top 10! You can review the current top 200 online. The winning Build Your Bet with the longest odds will receive £10,000 in cash, with nine runners-up all receiving a share of £15,000 cash.
Will 552/1 Be Enough To Win?
The current leader is 'Sop' whos' bet included goals for Danny Ings and Glenn Murray, over 35.5 booking points and over 2.5 goals. That Build Your Bet came out at 552/1 - almost double the next player. Whilst 552/1 wouldn't have been enough to win the previous competition, it would have secured second place and a £5000 prize.
In our view this is a competition that requires a good bit of research of previous games and stats - or just some serious random luck. However, a look at the last tournament reveals that a winning Build Your Bet of 88/1 was enough to secure a top 10 place. Our advice would be to aim to secure a top 10 place first then gun for the top spot.
Hints & Tips
In other words don't go nuts adding extra events to your Build Your Bet and instead aim for around 100/1 odds. If the bet comes off then you're £100 better off and in line to win at least £500 - provided that it's enough to get you in the top 10.
