Sailor Bingo Sets Sail For Real Money Network

A new month means another round-up of closures on the rapidly diminishing Cozy Games platform. Last month we told you that Landmark, the first brand on the Live Bingo Network, was to close down. This left just a handful of brands operating on the network that was purchased by GVC at the tailend of 2017. All the closures has meant that there aren't many brands left - and now there are even less.
As of the start of August the following brands have closed on the platform: Big Heart Bingo, Bingo VIP Club, Fun Bingo, Goldy Bingo, Mira Bingo, Newbies Bingo and Sailor Bingo. Joining them in the closure pen are Casino Gates. But what has become of these brands? Have they closed their doors permanently or are they offering players something else?
Redirections
Big Heart describes itself as "The World's Charity Bingo Site" but it is now adorned with a big closure sign as is Mira who we thought had closed down years ago. Bingo VIP and Bingo Fun, both redirect players to Wow Bingo - at least until Wow falls. Goldy and Newbies are also redirecting players but they're sending them off to Game Village. Redirects are great however they don't offer any help or assistance to players who may have accounts with the old brands.
Another site redirecting players is Sailor Bingo. They've chosen to set sail to a brand new platform instead of keeping players within the Cozy Games network. The new Sailor Bingo has launched as a no wagering brand on the Dragonfish Real Money Network. Old players will need to open a new account on the new look site. The good news is that this means a welcome bonus of £50 of bingo tickets and 30 free spins. No wagering terms apply, but wins are capped.
Cheeky Bingo
Whilst many of the old Cozy brands have closed without much information, Landmark Bingo is an exception. It officially closes it's doors on the 14th August and the reason for the closure is given as "a business decision". Interestingly Landmark is offering players a special bonus to join Cheeky Bingo - provided they've not signed up before.
Despite the cull, there's still a few brands left on the Cozy platform. Mummies, Carboot, Gravy Train and Booty to name but a few. Whether these will continue to thrive and or survive in the coming months remains to be seen. However, we have little confidence in them and no longer will direct players to them.
