Is Mirror Bingo On The Move
Article Updated On 28th May 2020
For obvious reasons 2020 has been relatively quiet with respect to new bingo brands and launches. However just like the weather things are heating up. This month has already seen the launch of the celebrity inspired Bingo All Stars. Taking on the might of Rustie Lee and Christopher Biggins is the latest relaunches from Daily Star and Daily Express. And in a surprise move, Mirror Bingo which has been on the Virtue Fusion since it arrived online, looks like it too is about to relaunch.
Bingo All Stars brings together big name celebs for their own brand. The celebs involved are Rustie Lee, Christopher Biggins, Mr Motivator, Linda Lusardi, Russell Grant and Jean Martyn. Many of them have a bingo pedigree. Rustie and Jean regularly featured on Sun Bingo's Having A Ball. Biggins and Russell Grant have done numerous chats and features whilst Mr Motivator recently performed video work-outs for Mecca Bingo.
Exclusive Bingo Offers
At launch Bingo All Stars boasted an array of potential exclusive prizes although the current situation naturally prevents those. In the mean time players can exclusively win FaceTime calls with some of the celebs. The Bingo All Stars site is an interesting concept and it'll be intriguing to see how it pans out. Are these celebs big enough names to draw players to the site? And is the bingo, powered by Dragonfish, attractive enough? Only time will tell whether this brand will last longer than Say Yes To The Dress Bingo!
Also hoping for better fortune are The Daily Express and The Daily Star. Whilst Sun Bingo has been successful on Gamesys and now Virtue Fusion, other newspaper brands have struggled. The Express and The Star especially as they've been on three platforms that all closed. Both originally launched on the old Cyberbingo platform. This is was back in the day when new players could collect £100 no deposit bonuses! When that set-up closed both moved to IGT/St Minver that too shut up shop. Finally they resurfaced with Gaming Realms' Bear Group, which closed at the end of 2019.
Mirror Bingo Moving
This month Star Wins and Express Wins have been launched on the Jumpman Gaming platform. These are big name additions to the network of over 170 sites but what will they add to the group and offer players? Most certainly neither are offering players anything exclusive. Instead you can pick up a Loot Chest welcome offer, get access to hundreds of top slots and play bingo in rooms powered by Pragmatic Play and Bingo Millions. Only time will tell whether both brands have more success this time round.
More interesting is what's happening at Mirror Bingo. They've been in Sun Bingo's shadow for years although both were on Virtue Fusion. We understand that Mirror Bingo has now left that network and will be joining Star Wins and Express Wins with Jumpman Bingo. This can be seen as either a major coup for Jumpman or a bit of a come down from The Mirror. Either way it is quite a signficant step. At time of writing players were being redirected to Amazing Bingo and we couldn't find any references to what is happening with old player accounts.
