City Bingo has been part of the online bingo landscape for several years now. It followed Costa and Sing into the Mandalay Media/Ignite camp and quickly established itself as an interesting site to visit by changing the location which it's mascot, CityCat, visited every month. The theme is always a different city and the prizes and promotions reflect the destination.

As of January 2018, City Bingo finally stopped offering new players a no deposit bonus. Instead, first time depositors are offered a 250% bonus on deposits of between 5 and 20. The wagering term for this bonus is set at x4 (deposit + bonus). Surprisingly, unlike their sister sites, City don't offer second and third reload bonuses!

Bingo Vegas Baby

As with all Dragonfish/Cassava powered sites, once you login to City Bingo there's a mix of 75 ball, 5 Line 75 ball and 90 ball bingo to play at City. These rooms have recently been joined by the 52 playing card game - Bingo Vegas. On top of this there are progressive jackpots to be won plus free bingo to enjoy. In fact non-depositors can access free bingo games at City - and all it's sister sites such as Costa, Wish, Treasure and Fancy.

One free game not to miss is the 13K Dinner Date which plays every Friday. Depositing players qualify for this sliding jackpot game that guarantees a 1000 full house prize. A similar game plays every Sunday but the Main Attraction's sliding jackpot starts at 5000. All games can be accessed via mobile, tablet and desktop. No app is required!

Loyalty Points

City Bingo boasts regular promotions - usually based on the site's monthly theme. There's City Souvenirs which is a weekly Wednesday prize game which is played for free or pennies, plus a fortnightly/three weekly big prize game. Note that these prize games are usually shared with other Mandalay Media brands and that the big prizes are usually paid out in vouchers or cash rather than the tangible goodies advertised!

Loyalty points are available everytime you deposit and wager at City Bingo. The main reward is paid in 'Diamonds' which can be used to get free spins, bonuses and even cash depending on your VIP status. To get more Diamonds look out for the monthly 'Guess The City' competition and the Break The Bank game which you can play daily for seven days after deposit.

Cool For Cats

City Bingo does look a little bit dated, but we suspect that it's due a makeover following recent changes to Sing, Fancy and Costa. A makeover would actually benefit the site as it's not entirely clear what's on offer in terms of bingo rooms and slots.

Frustratingly, City Bingo doesn't quite hit the heights in terms of promotions it once did and it's online presence has most certainly been diluted by the arrival of new sister brands such as Rio, Season and Angry. However, CityCat is cool and the changing city themes keep it interesting month to month. For us it's a worth a look site - especially with the free bingo and no deposit bonus currently on offer.
