Fish & Chips Free Tournament Slot Review
You don't have to wait until Friday to enjoy Fish & Chips. Thanks to Costa Bingo you can play this Pariplay slot daily in one of two free slot tournaments that they host. That tournament starts at 6pm each evening but is the slot any fun to play. We donned our aqualung and decided to take a closer look.
Despite it's name, Fish & Chips is underwater themed slot and has nothing to do with the local chippy. The chips are wagering chips which is a real shame! Maybe it's high time for Elvis: He Works Down The Chip Shop slots? Anyway we digress - the underwater theme means there are plenty of ocean related icons including crabs, starfish and electric eels.
Fish & Chips is a 25 line slot which you can play from 1p per line through to a maximum of £12.50. Whilst it looks great the slot is accompanied with a pretty annoying soundtrack - part of which will only be audible to dogs and Superman. The underwater bubbly noises though are fun and adds to the experience.
Like other slots from Pariplay the main features are scatter, wilds and a bonus game. The bonus round is activated when you get three or more octopus symbols on winning lines. Sadly we didn't manage to get to the bonus round at any time during our trial so we have no idea what it would entail. On the plus side you always win when the bonus crops up.
We wanted to enjoy Fish & Chips a lot more than we actually did. It's still a good slot and it's especially more enjoyable when you play for free in Costa Bingo's daily tournament. Take a look if you like water themed games - but you might want to mute the sound.
