Bingo adverts and sponsorships are coming thick and fast at the moment and Bingocams are the latest to hit the TV screens. The bingo site which encourages players to share their live webcam win moments with fellow players uses that theme in this campaign.
In this advert a group of London tourists are trying to sort out a video short at (we think) Picadilly Circus. You'd be forgiven if you thought that the advert initially was for a Handycam.
However, the tourists are interrupted by a very excitable lady who jumps in front of the camera. After a bit of screaming and dancing we learn that "not every cam is a bingocam". We also discover that the strange lady plays at BingoCams where that kind of behaviour is much more appropriate and welcome.
There's also a second BingoCams advert which shows a shopper doing some very funky moves in front of a shop security camera - much to the amusement of others in the store.
The £5 free play offer is mentioned in both adverts as the hook to encourage players to seek out the BingoCams website.
The adverts are good fun, albeit a little over the top - and that might put off some more reserved bingo players. You don't need to have a webcam to play at BingoCams and we'd like to see an advert that gave that message to!
