Bingo Millions 80 Ball is currently exclusive to Buzz Bingo and it joins the 90 ball Bingo Millions game as well as a Bingo Millions instant win. The 80 ball game only plays twice a week at 10pm, Sunday and Thursday. It costs 50p a ticket to play and it's possible to purchase tickets up to 8 weeks in advance. Strips of tickets can be purchased for £2 each. Strips consist of five tickets so essentially it's buy four get one free. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per game is 50.
Sliding Jackpots
If you're not heard of Bingo Millions before then it's not quite like other bingo games. Usually when a full house is called the game is over. Additionally players who achieve 1C, 2C, 3C or FH would share the prize pot. That's not the case with Millions. In the 80 ball game 60 bingo calls will occur regardless of what happens. Players who get 1C, 2C, 3C or FH within a certain number of calls get a fixed prize.
To take home the big money full house would need to be won in 16 to 30 calls. As with the 90 ball game the odds of this occurring is quite close to never! However, with Bingo Millions expanding it's offerings and the number of sites involved then who knows - we may actually see a bingo millionaire. We're not going to hold our breath, but it'd be huge publicity for any bingo brand that did see someone walk away with big money.
Multiple Winners
One column prizes vary from £250 to a free strip of cards. However 1C must be achieved by 20 calls. The two column prizes range from £5000 to a free strip, but there are no prizes after 35 calls. There's £25K on offer for a 3C win 12 to 15 calls. However that goes down to a free strip when you reach 46-50 calls. Finally the big money is on offer for a full house - but as mentioned above you'll be very lucky to win big.
More than likely you'll be in with a shout for prizes ranging from £2000 (36 to 40 calls) through to a free strip of tickets (56 to 60 calls). As you can gather, there's a good chance of winning a strip of tickets in every game. One thing worth checking out is the winning amounts from previous games. As Bingo Millions 80 Ball is new there's not much data, but in the next few months you should get a picture of how much is being won each week.
Charity Bingo
As far as we're aware, Bingo Millions 90 ball does also offer bingo contributions to charity. This means that 10% of ticket sales go to charitable organisations. The same policy applies to the 80 ball game so keeps Bingo Millions in line with the lottery. One thing that is missing is details of which charities are benefiting from the game and how much is being donated on a regular basis.
Bingo Millions 80 Ball is a welcome addition to the Millions family. Like the 90 ball game it's not too expensive to play and with a linked progressive jackpot the prize money should increase quicker.
