Play Britains Got Talent Bingo - 90 Ball Bingo
Article Updated On 10th April 2020
Britain’s Got Talent launched on our TV screens in 2007. Hosted by Ant & Dec alongside guest judges like Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Amanda Holden it's produced plenty of entertainment. The show has also unearthed stars like Diversity, Paul Potts, Lost Voice Guy and Susan Boyle. The show has also attracted interest from online gambling and features in slots, scratchcards, slingo and the now closed BGT Games. However long before these games there was Britains Got Talent Bingo - an exclusive 90 ball game at Mecca Bingo.
- Type Of Game: 90 Ball Bingo
- Cost: From 10p
- Open: 9am to 11pm
- Jackpots: Judges Jackpot
- Extras: Lucky Numbers Jackpot
- Special Features: Star Struck Games Every 30mins
How To Play Britains Got Talent Bingo
The Britains Got Talent Bingo is quite busy. The top of the room is where you'll see the number calls and prizes on offer. A Union Jack in the background reminds you of the game's theme. Below comes a series of three crosses, like the ones you see on the stage of the BGT TV show. Squeezed in below that are the bingo cards. Don't expect to see any of the various contestants, presenters or judges involved in this particular game.
The BGT Bingo game is a 90 ball game and for the most part plays in exactly the same way as every other 90 ball game. The aim for you as the player is to get one line, two lines or a full house by matching the number calls with the numbers on your ticket. However to make the game more interesting there are a number of features including the Lucky Numbers Jackpot, Judges Jackpot and Star Struck games.
Lucky Number Jackpot
At the start of each game you're invited to choose three lucky numbers. These numbers appear on the crosses. If you don't choose any numbers then you're assigned random ones. If during any game that you're playing the one line, two line or full house prize is won with your lucky number, you will win a cash prize. These prizes are 50p (Buzzer Bonus), £7.50 (Audience Award) or the £250 community Judges Jackpot. If the latter jackpot is won then half goes to the winner and the rest shared by the fellow roomies.
Another feature of BGT Bingo are the Star Struck games. These take place every 30 minutes and if you purchase 6 or more tickets for this particular game then you'll get a bonus. The reward is a free scratchcard. We're not quite sure what time these games actually play because during our trial of Britains Got Talent Bingo we didn't see this feature being advertised. There is a chatroom though and occasional chat games played.
Our Verdict
Tickets for Britains Got Talent Bingo typically cost 10p each. Occasionally you might have to pay more. The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 96. Note that this is a cash only room so any bonuses you may have accrued at Mecca Bingo will not be valid. As a 90 ball game it's highly enjoyable and we like the features that have been added to try and tie in with the TV show theme.
However, like a lot of TV game show bingo variations we think it could be better! A few clips from the show would make it more enjoyable for example. Judges or contestants doing the bingo calls would be fun too. DJ Talent is available now that BOGOF Bingo has closed down. Overall it's good fun to play and definitely worth checking out during BGT season as Mecca Bingo run exciting promotions including free bingo.
