Bingo Loft To Relaunch In September

It's not been great news for players since the platform and a whole bunch of brands like Wink, 888 Ladies and Costa were acquired from 888. Over the last few months we've been telling you about old Dragonfish (now Broadway Gaming) brands that are closing or have closed their doors. In addition the number of bingo rooms, jackpots and even free bingo opportunities have dropped considerably. In fact the whole set-up is a shadow of it's hey day when we had Dancing Weimaraner dogs and Spice Girls gracing TV ads. Anyway we have some interesting news and it's - at least for now - about Bingo Loft. Surprisingly the former Big Brother Bingo site isn't about to close but is two weeks away from launching a new look!
A New Look Bingo Loft
An email to players has been sent around explaining that the brand will soon relaunch and that it has a new management team. If you missed the email then it states that "Bingo Loft is 2 weeks away from launching a new look, with new games, bonuses, prize wheels and more perks. The Loft now has a new management and care team so you are about to get pampered like never before! The change will happen by September 12th, so you have 2 weeks to get ready. Ahead of the change, we wanted to update you that the current Bingo Loft offers, including the welcome offer, the shop and any offer that features shop coins as a prize will be removed". Also a whole bunch of redeposit bonus codes are about to conclude and will become void by the end of 11th September 2023. No information was offered about whether funds needed to be used up before the brand relaunches later in the month.
So What's Happening At Bingo Loft?
At the moment we just don't know other than what we know from above. However we can speculate on a few things. A new look simply means a shiny new website but does "new games, bonuses, prize wheels and more perks" suggest a possible change of platform away from Broadway/Dragonfish? Combine that with the line about "new management and care team" and it sounds a fair possibility. The loss of the shop coins definitely suggests Bingo Loft will not be in the Wink group for much longer but where could Bingo Loft be going to? It could join Jumpman for example as they have prize wheels as part of many of their welcome offers whilst Pragmatic Play, especially at the likes of Heart Bingo, just love a prize wheel. Both of those options would also offer new games and perks. However the United Bingo group, headed up by Moon, Robin Hood etc. who also use Dragonfish also like prize wheels and have their own perks and games outside the main network. It's feasible therefore that Bingo Loft has simply transitioned to new owners but will be on another area of the Broadway Gaming platform. This would make more sense with respect to logins and funds in accounts.
Can We Get Excited About A New Bingo Loft?
Of all the brands that have been left floundering in recent times it's safe to say Bingo Loft wouldn't have sprung to mind as the one to get a relaunch somewhere. City Bingo, Fancy Bingo and even Posh Bingo all seem to be bigger and better options. As Big Brother Bingo it didn't really pull up trees and after being renamed Bingo Loft managed to be a whole lot more uninteresting. We hope that it's relaunch will at least see it on a new network, preferably more Heart Bingo Pragmatic Play than Jumpman Pragmatic Play. It might not be enough to give it a new lease of life but it'd have more chance than just being added to another group's stable on Broadway/Dragonfish. At the moment it's hard to find any positives with the former Dragonfish set-up as rooms keep closing, free bingo is being dropped and jackpots removed. If players weren't keen on Bingo Loft in it's current guise then giving it a lick of paint and essentially offering the same old isn't going to work.
