We usually like playing the new games that appear at Bet365 Casino. Up until now there's been some innovative and fun slots to try and after a short trial - win or lose - there's usually something positive to say. However that's not quite the case with Kingdom of The Titans from WMS Gaming.
On the surface the game seems attractive as it's different. There are 5 reels with 30 different win lines - you can play from just 1p a line. However what's different to other slots is that when you get a win line a Spinning Streak is triggered. This re-spins your reels until such a time that your win doesn't increase in monetary value.
There's also a free spin feature and the blurb about the game stats that the feature is "worth up to 50 free spins. During each free spin, any win earns you a multiplier of up to 10x". So far so good - it all sounds quite attractive. The graphics are pretty good too as they're nice, bright and colourful. There's a bit of music but nothing overly distracting.
The real kick in the Atlas Balls though comes from playing the game. First of all wins were few and far between - we're not sure what the expectation of the game is, but of all the slots we've tested this generated the least wins in our trial. At first we suspected the low wins were due to the Spinning Streak feature, until the feature appeared for the first time - and we won 5p! On the next streak it was a whopping 20p.
At no point did we see hide nor hair of the free spin feature - so we really can't tell you whether it's any good or not. Presumably if you do manage to stumble across it that's where the big prizes are because they're not anywhere else. All in all this was a very disappointing and unedifying experience. Perhaps one of the worst slots we've ever played. It doesn't matter how many reels, lines or features a game has - the one basic thing is we want to feel like we may actually win. Kingdom Of The Titans didn't have that element and therefore - like the movie Wrath of the Titans - is something worth avoiding.
