Not content with giving away a pile of cash every day, the folks behind the incredibly successful Free Postcode Lottery are about to launch another new daily free draw site. It’s called WinADinner.com and it will give participants the chance to win a free lunch every day. The site will open for business on the 14th February but you can pre-register now for the chance to win 1 of 5 £100 voucher. We decided to take a look! Registering with WinADinner.com was pretty easy. You can login with Facebook, Twitter or Email. WinADinner.com do require a bit more information though so you’re asked for date of birth, postcode etc. Once registration is complete you’re then assigned a name – although you can change this.
Visit Daily
Like The FPL, with WinADinner.com you do need to visit daily after 4pm to see if you’re the winner. If you win then you can claim your free lunch! If the prize goes unclaimed then there’s a rollover. We expect that the site will develop over time to offer more competitions, offers and giveaways. One interesting thing we noted was in the site’s terms: “By entering any Competition… you will have no right to appeal to or otherwise involve the Gambling Commission (or any other third party) in the event of any dispute”. In our view, by entering a competition it should not remove your right to involve Advertising Standards in the event of an issue arising and not being resolved. That said, we doubt anyone would have any reason to complain given the plaudits and positive reviews about The FPL and their services.
Me Too Lottery Prize Draws
Although it’s great to see new competitions – we do wonder whether there’s room for yet another “daily free raffle“? Compers and diehard FPL supporters will probably say yes, but the number of “me too” raffle sites continues to grow. We think it’ll be hard for any of these sites to be as successful as The FPL. Mind you, The FPL have experience of developing these kind of sites and they’re definitely the ones to have the right recipe to make a site like WinADinner.com a big success.
