Sreekanth Balachandran is giving you the chance to win their recently refurbished property that is located six miles from Chesterfield station and is in a quiet residential area. Additionally the winner - provided all tickets are sold - will receive a £15,000 cash prize. And that's not all because Balachandran will also offer a £10,000 second prize plus make a £5000 donation to charity. Details of fees and taxes are not mentioned but we expect that they will be included.

How To Enter The Competition

As is typical with Raffall competitions the actual details of the prize are quite limited. There are some pictures of the property but locality and even garden images are lacking. All we do know from Raffall is that it offer "open plan living, a gas central heating system, and double glazing throughout". The property also comes with some appliances such as a Bosch Diswasher, American Style Fridge Freezer, Electric Cooker, 55in Sony 4K TV and a 43in 4K Philips TV. However for more details about the owners and property do take a look at an article plublished in The Derbyshire Times.

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost £5 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. As mentioned above this competition will result in a £5000 charity donation of all tickets are sold. The charity in question will be a Chesterfield homelessness charity, Pathways.

60,000 Ticket Sales

Balachandran hopes to sell just 60,000 tickets (total revenue £300,000) by the Christmas Day 2020 in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited. Interestingly they do note that even if the tickets aren't sold then their good cause benefits from the competition even if they do not.

There are plenty of plus points with this particular competition - namely the additional cash prizes and charity donation. However despite these extras we do think the ticket sales target is perhaps a touch too high - even when you also take into account Raffall's fees for hosting the competition (10% if it completes). We also think that a few more details about the property wouldn't go amiss on the Raffall page. It seems strange that owners won't add valuation and location details on Raffall but do on a newspaper article. Enter Competition Here
