Bethany Grieves has decided to use Raffall to giveaway her two bedroomed terraced home. With a new baby on the way she is hoping to move into a bigger home but having difficulties selling. The location of the property is only given as Coxhoe and no valuation is offered. However we found the property listed on Rightmove (since January 2020) and it's valued at £90,000. We have not added the link here because the owner's have not added the location on the page but it's fairly easy to find.

How To Enter

The home is described as a "superbly presented and beautifully decorated two bedroom terraced home". There's a living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs whilst the two bedrooms both have their own en-suite facilities. Outside is a yard which is described as "ideal for barbeques or entertaining". Images of the property can be found on the website. Overall it's an ideal home for first time buyers struggling to get a first foot on the property ladder.

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost £3 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. As far as we're aware this property competition is not making any donations to charity.

40,000 Ticket Sales

Grieves hopes to sell 40,000 tickets (total revenue £120,000) by the start of November in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited.

We suspect that this competition has been inspired by the successful completion of County Durham House & Car. In that house raffle Courtney Morgan won a  storey Victorian terrace house and car for just £1. This one is a tad more expensive but Grives has limited the number of tickets which may prove to be a good move. However with ticket sales on most Raffall competitions slowing down she's going to have to really push to hit the 40,000 target in just a few weeks.
