Home Raffler Review Closed - Refunds

A £1.25million home in Blackheath is the prize on offer. We have been notified (March 2018) that this has now been closed, although it's unclear as to why. We'll update when we know more.

End Date 7th May 2018
House Value £1,250,000

Platform
Home Raffler

The property is a five bedroom flat set over two levels. The flat comes full furnished and includes Bedroom Furniture, Kitchen Appliances, Leather Sofas, Dining Table and Lead Crystal Chandeliers. The promoter, Renu Qadri, aims to sell a maximum of 500,000 paid tickets before the closing date.

If not enough tickets are sold then according to the terms "proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the property as a prize at the discretion of the promoters, or all entries will be refunded".

To enter the competition, participants will need to answer a multiple choice question. A free entry option is provided on the 'payments' section of the website. Note that free entries do not count towards the required 500,000 total. This draw does provide regular updates regarding the number of tickets sold. However, there does seem to be regular amendments. For example the closing date has been extended, the property valuation changed etc. It's unusual for such a competition not to awared a cash prize if it doesn't reach completion - and the terms mention no deductions with regards to admin costs etc.
