This is a new portal site that offers homes and houses in competitions. They will also run your win a home competition for you. They have one competition live.
House Value: £300000
Location: Guildford, GU1 2AA
Launched: 20th December 2017 Closed: 20th June 2018
Ticket Price: £2.50 (Free Entry Available)

The first property on offer at Homes 2 Win is a 1 Bedroom Maisonette in Guildford. It was built in 1989 and has over 900 years left on it's leasehold. The property does incude service charges and ground rent. A sum of £10,000 will be added to the first prize to cover these costs for five years.
A total of 198,000 paid tickets need to be sold before the closing date in order for the prize to be awarded. Entry is online and you need to answer a multiple choice question. A free entry option is available. Details for this can be found on the entry form page at Homes 2 Win.
If not enough paid entries are received then a cash prize will be awarded. According to the terms, the promoters will be "entitled to retain up to 20% of the Entry Fees to cover banking fees, security costs, administration, marketing expenditure, legal costs, other expenses and charitable donations".
Although a charitable donation is mentioned, there's no indication of the amounts or charities involved. Hopefully that's something that will be addressed by Homes 2 Win in the future.
This competition closed on the 30th June. However not enough tickets were sold for the house to be awarded. The Homes 2 Win team are processing the entries and an announcement will be made on their website and social media.
