This isn't the first property in Jamaica to be offered as a win a house prize. Mr Motivator (yes the very same) set up a competition which wasn't very successful. Beatrice Rose and Associates will be hoping for more success using Raffall to try and giveaway their property which is also currently up for sale. The villa itself, Hummingbird Hall is stunning and is located in Rose Hall Great House Estate, Montego Bay, St James. Parts of this estate were used to film the Bond movie Live and Let Die!

How To Enter The Competition

The video above gives you a good idea of what is on offer with this particular prize. It has four bedrooms, two with balconies, piano room with bar, gym with steam room and a spectacular deck with panoramic sea views and an infinity pool. In the gardens there's also a 3 bedroom holiday cottage. The property could be used for weddings and the promoters suggest that it could be possible to generate $250,000 a year this way. The £2million valuation on Raffall is high especially as the property is for sale at just under £1.5million!

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost £10 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. As far as we're aware there will be no donations made to charity.

200,000 Ticket Sales

Beatrice Rose and Associates hopes to sell a whoppping 200,000 tickets (total revenue £2million) by the end of November 2021 in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited. Remember if 100% of the tickets are not sold then the promoters receive nothing.

£10 to become an owner of magnificent villa in Jamaica that could bring in an income sounds like a dream, but big properties come with big running costs. We think that these should be mentioned on Raffall alongside any legal requirements that may be necessary with respect to owning a property on the island. If you don't enter then at least take a look at the website and dream of golden sands and hot sun. It beats looking out the window on the wet and grey here in The UK.
