The property is set next to the Royal Arsenal area, close to The Thames and a 15 minute walk to the station and town centre. The winner can choose their own kitchen and bathroom design.

To enter the competition you need to purchase tickets. You'll then be sent bank transfer details and a link to the questions in order to qualify your entry. As far as we can see there are no details on the site with respect to how many tickets need to be sold.

Also worth noting is what happens if not enough tickets are sold. The terms state that it comes down to the "sole discretion" of the promoter to "award cash in lieu" of the property. The amount will be determined by fees received minus adminustration costs. These costs are set at 16.5%.

The website does however tell us that the final draw will be shown live via social media "on Friday 1st June 2018 at Greenwich Heritage Centre, Artillery Square, Royal Arsenal, Woolwich SE18 4DX".

Although the price of entry is only 2, we are cautious about this promotion. In our view the omission (or our inability to find) the ticket numbers on sale puts a question mark over the competition. We're also concerned that the cash prize, if the house isn't won, isn't guaranteed.
