The property comprises two bedrooms, sitting & dining receptions, stunning fitted kitchen and has a small patio rear garden. All bills are 100% covered for the first 12 months.
200,000 entries are required for the competition to reach successful completion. If this number isn't attained then a cash prize will be awarded based on a 50/50 split between charity and the cash prize pool. Fees and operating costs will also be accounted for.
Note that "every penny over and above the cost of the prize will go towards the build of a school in Kenya by London Welsh Developments Ltd".
The website suggests that the property can achieve a monthly rental of £1500. There are also £240 of running costs per calendar month. Free postal entries can be made! Details can be found at the foot of the 'Enter' page.
£24,000 Raised For Charity
The competition has now concluded but not enough tickets were sold. Therefore £24,000 of the revenue was donated to the charitable cause. A further £24,000 was distributed as cash prizes. This included a first prize of £12,000. A further 9 cash prizes were also paid out.
