Omaze are adding to their win a house portfolio with yet another exciting competition. This time round they're in The Cotswolds and are offering entrants the chance to win a stunning property. The property lies in 2.3 acres of land. It has three bedrooms including an ensuite which looks bigger than most people's main bedroom. The house is newly built rather than an modernised old building but it looks great and it's worth checking out the images and tour that are available on the site. If all that wasn't enough the property also has it's own guest house although details of this aren't as extensive on the website!

How To Enter The Competition

The main property comes fully-furnished with luxury furniture and tech so you don't need to worry about a thing if you're lucky enough to win. Plus, Omaze are offering you £10,000 in cash to help you settle in and a gardener for the first two years. According to Omaze "the average monthly rental income for the main house is around £7000 per month, with a further £2000 per month for the guest cottage". There’s no mortgage, no stamp duty or conveyancing to pay. Win a house competitions often mention living the dream and this prize would most certainly change the winner's life.

Tickets for the competition cost £10 for 15 entries. Unfortunately you can't purchase less than £10 worth of tickets. Other ticket packages cost £25 (40 entries), £50 (85 entries) and £150 (320 entries). For a free entry you can send a postcard or envelope to the address given on the website. This is worth doing as "once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered in to the next available draw and all subsequent draws until the final Grand Prize drawing". Confusingly the terms state you can make one entry via the free entry route and then says that there is "no limit to the number of entries" made that way!

Guaranteed Prizes

As we mentioned in the other competitions, we think that it's worth entering this Omaze competition as the prize is guaranteed even if not enough tickets are sold. This means there will be a home winner and no competition extensions. Additionally there are early bird entry prizes on offer and the chance to win weekly cash prizes. For example enter before February 27th 2021 and you could win a Mercedes C-Class Coupé. In terms of good causes, The Prince's Trust will also benefit from a minimum donation of £100,000 even if insufficient tickets are sold. However Omaze are hoping that this competition will result in a donation of £500,000. Note that the competition is open to UK residents only.

Omaze continue to amaze us with their fund raising win a house competitions that guarantee property winners. They must be doing enough to generate funds to pay for the properties and make money for charity. Our advice is make hay whilst the sun shines because few house competitions can guarantee a winner. Omaze also has a track record of success which is good news for entrants. Whilst the ticket price is on the expensive side the guarantee does ease that pain a little as do the various flash draws which will take place during the promotion. Enter Competition Here
