Having created two win a house winners and about to make a third, Omaze are back for a fourth time. Their approach to these competitions is a lot different to others in that they guarantee that the house will be won and there are no ticket targets. Thanks to user Max Roberts we've learnt that the property on offer is known as Stealth House that according to Devon Live is a £2.5million Grand Designs home. This stunning looking property replaced an old clifftop bungalow that overlooked Combe Martin Bay. It looks a stunning place to live or rent out!
The home boasts "five double bedrooms, six bathrooms and two living areas, including a living room and a TV snug". Omaze say that it also has an open-plan fully fitted kitchen-dining area with sliding glass doors which lead out to those stunning sea views. If all that wasn't enough for you there's also an infinity pool. The house comes fully-furnished with luxury furniture and tech. There’s no mortgage, no stamp duty or conveyancing to pay. We'd love to live there but you might prefer to rent it out if you're the winner. In that case you'd be looking at a mere the £10,000 per week rental income!
How To Enter The Competition
Tickets for the competition cost £10 for 15 entries. Unfortunately you can't purchase less than £10 worth of tickets. Other ticket packages cost £25 (40 entries), £50 (85 entries) and £150 (320 entries). For a free entry you can send a postcard or envelope to the address given on the website. This is worth doing as "once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered in to the next available draw and all subsequent draws until the final Grand Prize drawing". Confusingly the terms state you can make one entry via the free entry route and then says that there is "no limit to the number of entries" made that way!
As we mentioned in the other competitions, we think that it's worth entering this Omaze competition as the prize is guaranteed even if not enough tickets are sold. This means there will be a home winner and no competition extensions. Additionally there are early bird entry prizes on offer and the chance to win weekly cash prizes. For example enter before May 18th 2021 and you could win a BMW F96. The next early bird prize is a Aston Martin Vantage Roadster In terms of good causes, The NSPCC will also benefit from a minimum donation of £100,000 even if insufficient tickets are sold. However Omaze are hoping that this competition will result in a donation of £500,000. Note that the competition is open to UK residents only.
Omaze are back with yet another stunning property and we think that this one is so far the most desirable. The infinity pool, the view, the Grand Designs home all sound just perfect. Even if you don't want to live there the rental potential is very attractive. The price of course is on the pricier side but again we know the prize is guaranteed so you you're entering to win a house not a reduced cash pot. Plus there's also the early bird prizes! The only downside of the property is that you might need a few quid to maintain it - plus a reasonably priced window cleaner as there's a lot of glass to keep in pristine condition.
