The Twenefours are back for another house competition under the Tramway Path umbrella. Having already successfully completed two competitions we have high hopes for another home winner. The property on offer is a first floor apartment located at Pullman Court in Grays, Essex. It's a leasehold apartment that has 122 years remaining on the lease. There are currently no service charges for the apartment and there's a ground rent fee of £250 per annum. The website holds images of the property as well as a video tour. In terms of rental potential you'd be looking at around £1400 per month (based on similar properties).

How To Enter

Tickets for the third Tramway Path competition cost just £2 each. To enter you need to answer a multiple choice question about the first ever radio broadcast in the world that was made in Essex. As far as we're aware you will not be told if the answer is right or wrong so you could potentially purchase a ticket with an incorrect answer. However Google is your friend and it's well worth checking your answer before parting with any money. Note that you do also need to be registered with Tramway Path in order to participate in this competition.

Free entries are available for this competition. Vist the FAQ section to discover the postal address that can be used to enter. Tramway Path will allow one free written entry by first class post per user. Note that to utilise this entry option you must have your entry in by the 26th February 2021. This competition also gives entrants the chance to get extra free tickets by referring friends. Share your unique URL - received after purchase - to get free tickets when your referrals click and subsquently purchase tickets.

Charity Donations

For this second competition, Tramway Path aims to sell a minimum of 170,000 tickets (revenue £340,000) up to a maximum of 500,000 (revenue £1million) before the closing date of 10th March 2021 in order to giveaway the property as a prize. The terms don't indicate any suggestion of an extension to the closing date should insufficient tickets be sold. If the target isn't reached then the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead. A donation to Evelina London Children’s Hospital charity will be made although details of the amount and any reference to this donation in the terms are missing. Tramway Path surprised us in 2020 with not one but two successful competitions. The guys behind the business are obviously quite canny and are offering prizes that appeal to a wide audience. The big mansions maybe life changing but come with multiple headaches too. Apartments such as this one in Essex are ready for moving in or renting out. The biggest concern is that the lead time is quite short - this hasn't been an issue for Tramway Path before but house competitions have struggled lately. Fingers crossed for a hat-trick of home winners.
