After six successive house winners, Tramway Path are aiming for lucky seven with yet another exciting giveaway. This one is described as their biggest property yet and it also - sadly - be their last draw for 2022. No doubt they'll be back in 2023 with more house prize draws. Back to this one and what we know is that the property is a townhouse and located in Medway, Kent. In terms of location Tramway Path indicate that the townhouse is situated close to "Chatham Train Station and a short walk from Medway Medical Hospital". We're sure some clever Loquax users will track down the exact street and location! According to the detail on the website the property has been valued at £400,000 - this was done earlier this year by a "leading estate agent".

About The Property

As with previous Tramway Path properties this is a decent looking prize. It is described as a townhouse with four well proportioned sized bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 occupy the top floor with a shower room whilst the smaller sized 3 and 4 are on the second floor alongside the lounge and family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and a dining room. Outside is a low maintenance garden plus allocated parking spaces for two cars. The property is ideal as a family home or a rental investment. According to Tramway Path a property of this type could earn a nice £2000 pcm. As is usual stamp duty and legal fees will be covered by the hosts however we're unclear whether the property is offered fully furnished?

How To Enter The Competition

Tickets for the third Tramway Path competition cost just £3 each. To enter you need to answer a multiple choice question about the year that the first warship was built in Chatham Dock. You will not be told if the answer is right or wrong so you could potentially purchase a ticket with an incorrect answer. However Google is your friend and it's well worth checking your answer before parting with any money. Note that you do also need to be registered with Tramway Path in order to participate in this competition. According to the FAQ free entries are available and thankfully Tramway Path have included all the necessary info for those of you wanting to opt for this entry route.

155,000 Tickets

For this competition, Tramway Path aims to sell a minimum of 155,000 tickets (revenue £465,000) up to a maximum of 500,000 (revenue £1.5million) before the closing date of 4th November 2022 in order to giveaway the property as a prize. The terms don't indicate any suggestion of an extension to the closing date should insufficient tickets be sold. If the target isn't reached then the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead. As far as we can see there's no mention of charity or donations with respect to this particular prize draw.

Our Verdict

Like Bounty and Mckinney it's hard to offer a verdict about Tramway Path other than glowing positives. We love the detail the boys put into the website - everything is pretty much there barring an exact location and maybe some costs of owning the place. Will offering a bigger property as a prize (and a slightly higher price) have any effect on the boys' ability to create another house winner? We think not. Tramway Path seem to have the midas touch with house prize draws - even during the mechanic's current tough period - and we see no reason why that will change. Enter Competition Here
