The property on offer is described as a "beautifully end of terrace family home positioned on a quiet no through road on the borders of Morden and Mitcham". Valued at around £410,000 (Summer 2019) it boasts three bedrooms and a family sized bathroom. It would make an ideal main home or rental property. According to the website the average rental income is around £2000 per month.

How To Enter The Competition

Tickets for Tramway Path cost just £2 each. To enter you need to answer a multiple choice question about the town of Mitcham. We're not convinced this represents "skill" and we have seen other competitions closed on this point. We don't know whether our internet was playing up but the ticket purchase processs very slow. We also got a bad gateway (502 error). Hopefully these issues will be resolved.

Free entries are available for this competition. However they are only available for referrals. Purchase a ticket and then share your link with family and friends. If they purchase a ticket via your link then you'll get a free ticket. Note that there isn't a no purchase necessary route for this competition. Given the multiple choice question entry we'd have expected to see this option.

Charity Donations

The owner, Daniel Twenefour, aims to sell 200,000 tickets before the closing date of May 31st 2020 in order to giveaway the property as a prize. The terms don't indicate any suggestion of an extension to the closing date should insufficient tickets be sold. If the target isn't reached then 90% of the ticket sales will be offered as a cash prize. The remainder will cover costs and advertising. Daniel also aims to make donations to Jigsaw4u and NHS Charities Together. This will be around 1% of ticket sales. A maximum of 500,000 tickets could be sold.

It'll be interesting to see how this competition pans out. Although it launched in March we've only started seeing press for it. The closing date of May 31st seems hopeful, but we have just seen Grafton Farmhouse reach closure in just two weeks. The key here is whether entrants are attracted to a 3 bedroomed property. The website issues we encountered could be a problem but then they could also indicate increased interest in the competition? Enter Competition Here
