If you've ever fancied living a footballer's lifestyle then this Raffall competition may just be perfect for you. David Matthews is giving entrants the chance to win a stunning bespoke property worth £500,000. If that wasn't enough to interest you then a 2004 Ferrari 360 spider is included in the prize. According to Parkers the motor is valued between £23K and £37K but the owner suggests that it's value will appreciate. Details of the car are actually quite limited though but it does seem, from the competition blurb, that it has been kept in the house!

How To Enter

The house itself is described as bespoke and consists of five bedrooms, a huge kitchen including Aga cooker, electric gates and large gardens. The location is given as close to Adlington and the promoter does say that the area was once the home of Ryan Giggs (sorry we thought they meant the home belonged to him). There are just a handful of images of the property - and a very small one of the car - we'd like to see more. Additionally there's no information about fees, stamp duty and expenses. We're assuming that these will be covered by the owner.

To enter the raffle you need to be registered with Raffall. This can be done via Facebook or email login. Once at the house raffle page it's a case of answering a question and purchasing tickets. The question pops up in a window which we found disappeared very quickly. Tickets only cost £2 and there's no limit to the number you can purchase. You can purchase online using debit cards. As far as we're aware there will be no donations made to charity.

500,000 Ticket Sales

Matthews aims to sell 500,000 tickets (total revenue £1million) by Valentine's Day 2021 in order to conclude the draw. If insufficient tickets are sold then the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75% of all ticket sales. All compensation payments are guaranteed and paid directly by Raffall Limited. Note that if 100% of the tickets are not sold then the promoter receives nothing.

This is a very glam win a house competition that offers entrants to chance to win a stunning property and car. The reason for selling is because the owners are in "poor health" so hopefully they can be successful with this venture. However the ticket target in our view is much to high. The owner is basically looking at £350K+ profit after 10% fees are paid to Raffall. That is way over the top. Fair play to the promoter if they achieve that but it's a big ask in our view.
