Usually with our reviews we'd provide an indepth look at the prize draw site - especially when they're new to our pages - and a closer look at the property. Unfortunately with respect to this prize draw from That Prize Guy it's not possible because it's all over before it even began. The draw launched on the 20th July and according to their Facebook page sold 60% of tickets within 12 hours. By the time we knew about the draw the sales were around 89% and we had no time to upload content before completion. That's an incredible response from followers of That Prize Guy who bought all 50,000 tickets (revenue income of £499,500 assuming all tickets sold at full price). Our advice would be to give them a follow on Facebook as we guess they may well look at doing another property prize draw given then response.

About The Property

Just for the record the property available was a brand new four bedroom home in Newtownards in Northern Ireland. We've looked for a valuation but could only find reference to 3 bed properties starting at £157,000. The prize includes two cars: an A Class 1.5 A180d AMG exec 2019 with 77,000 miles and a 2017 Audi Q5 S Line 2.0 TDI 190PS Quattro S Tronic with 72,000 miles. £10,000 is also included. However the winner - who was drawn as Nuala Scott - could have the choice of a £250,000 cash alternative.
