Tommy French Competitions are back with their second property prize draw. Their first took place in December and created a winner - although we believe that Annmarie opted to take the cash. Will Tommy create a property winner this time round? On offer is a new build in the BT64 area of Belfast. Details of it's location are limited to BT64 on the website but a little Google Image search and we think that it's in Craigavon and part of the South Lake Park Development. The Eden design property is available from £192,500 and that's therefore the prize we're featuring here on Loquax.

About The Property

The property is a semi detached three bedroom new build. Assuming that it is The Eden design the three bedrooms are on the first floor along with a bathroom. The main bedroom has it's own en-suite. Downstairs there's a living room to the front of the home whilst a kitchen/diner is at the back. The property comes fully furnished. Outside you'll find a garden but as far as we can tell there's no garage but there's a driveaway adjacent to the home. A Disneyland Paris trip is included but you can opt to take £5000 cash instead. However if owning property in Northern Ireland isn't for you then Tommy French Competitions are offering a £175,000 cash alternative should you want to take that. Note that this cash prize is an alternative to the house and cash.

How To Enter The Competition

Entry to the prize draw is very easy. All you have to do select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase and answer a very simple multiple question. The question is about the cars. Note that you're not told if the answer you've selected is correct so make sure you've chosen the right answer even though it's stupidly easy. If you're interested in entering the prize draw but not necessarily paying then a no purchase necessary route is offered in the site's terms and conditions. Details about how to enter via post you need to check out the terms and conditions. The terms section really could do with a few paragraph breaks!!

99999 Tickets

Tommy French Competitions aim to sell 99999 tickets before the end of May 2024 in order to complete the draw. Assuming all tickets are sold at full price that equates to just under £750,000 revenue. There are discounts though for bulk purchases! Keep an eye on social media for any discounts and also prize draws to win free tickets that may run during the promotion. The prize draw has been running for over an hour now (at time of writing) and just over 553 tickets have been sold. Not quite Bounty prolificness! As far as we know the house/cash alternative are guaranteed so they'll be a winner regardless of the number of ticket sales.

Our Verdict

Why's everyone suddenly offering holidays as part of their prize package? First McKinney, then Bounty and now Tommy French. Just add some cash so that the winners can spend it on what they like! Anyway the house looks nice and will definitely appeal to anyone who's looking to live in the BT64 area. For everyone else we think that Tommy will be writing out a cheque for the cash alternative. Interestingly the value of the cash alternative is a bit more of a drop than the overall prize package so maybe platforms are cottoning on that they need to make the property be worth more than the cash! As ever look out for discounts to save a few pounds when purchasing. Enter Competition Here
