The property is described as a 3 bedroom turn key holiday home. All bedrooms have their own ensuite wilst there's potential to convert the attic space if needed. Thee's a patio area to front with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. The property comes fully furnished and therefore it's ready to rent out should you be the lucky winner. We guess you could potentially live there all year round if you really wanted to? However there are no details about possible rents or how long the holiday season on the north coast of Ireland runs for. Also noteworthy is that "all legal and tax costs, fees or expenses incurred for the transfer of title shall be the Entrant’s sole responsibility". With that in mind, non-local entrants will be pleased to know there is a £250,000 cash alternative available to the winner.
Entry to the prize draw is very easy. All you have to do select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase and answer question about the last time the Armagh senior mens team won All Ireland Football Championship. Note that you're not told if the answer you've selected is correct so make sure you've chosen the right answer - our top top is that Google is your friend. If you're interested in entering the prize draw but not necessarily paying then a no purchase necessary route is offered in the site's terms and conditions. Note that whilst the prize is in Ireland, the promoters are in Northern Ireland so your postal entry will be heading to them.
The views over the Atlantic Ocean make this location quite attractive, but perhaps more for a holiday rather than as a holiday home owner. Thankfully a cash alternative is available in this prize draw. It is an expensive draw and there are a few issues with respect to closing dates, extensions and ticket sales that we'd like to see ironed out. We're also pretty confused by the terms stating a maximum of 5 entries but you're then able to get 30 in your basket (we didn't try buying them so maybe you can't, but we didn't want to spend £500+ to find out). Don't expect to see any discounts with this one. If nothing else this prize draw has made me want to visit the north coast of Ireland (as long as it's sunny as in the photos).

Any idea of how we can see how many tickets sold? That leaves more chances for me to win so I'm all for your abstinence.
Thought not, but I was hoping I'd missed something. They don't give that option.
I appreciate that a death of a member will be trauma for some but to keep selling tickets during the grieving process is surely more incentive? It seems to have been postponed due to a death.
We are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Caolan Finnegan.
We send our most sincere condolences to Caolan’s family, his friends and fellow Gaels from Crossmaglen Rangers and the wider GAA family during this difficult time.
The event due to take place this Sunday, August 25th has been postponed.
Further details will be issued in due course.
Please continue to keep them in your prayers.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/articles/ce38yzed9g9o BBC: "Crossmaglen gaelic footballer Caolan Finnegan has died a year after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer."
That's not how they've worded it on their website.I appreciate that a death of a member will be trauma for some but to keep selling tickets during the grieving process is surely more incentive?
