Martin and Sue Stephenson have decided to give you the chance to win not one but two luxury properties. Despite living the dream they are looking to move back to the north of England, to be closer to family. Capel Jerusalem and Jerusalem Vestry have both been rented out as 5 star holiday homes. The winner would have a ready made business - with a potential income of £100K a year - or could, as the current owners live in one and rent out the other. The properties are in a converted chapel and that offers spacious open plan living space.

How To Enter The Competition

In total the two properties boast 7 en-suite bedrooms. However that's not the half of it. Inside you'll find a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and wine fridge. Capel Jerusalem has an infra-red sauna whilst Jerusalem Vestry has a hot tub in the private courtyard. Not convinced? Then how about the underfloor heating, baby grand piano and countryside views. Both properties will be fully furnished as part of the prize. Legal costs will also be covered and if you already own a property, second home LTT will be payable. This will be included as part of the prize.

To enter the competition you first need to select the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Tickets cost £3 each but there are discounts for multiple purchases. You'll then need to answer a mutliple question. Note that you'll be told if you get the question wrong. You won't be able to purchase any tickets until you have the right answer. Complete the transaction to complete the entry. A free entry postal route is available - and well advertised - make sure you answer the correct answer to the multiple choice question as part of your entry.

For the property and car to be won the promoters are seeking to sell a minimum of 330,000 tickets (£990,000 revenue) by February 2021 (extended from December). Interestingly the promoters include a break down of the finances. If all tickets are sold then the promoter will collect £722,267 for the property and contents. The other finances will cover legal costs, transaction fees and charitable donations. The couple aim to raise £100,000 to donate to The Alzheimer's Society. If insufficient tickets are sold then a cash prize will be awarded at a rate of 70% of ticket receipts, minus processing fees, legal, website and marketing costs. The terms don't seem to suggest any extension of the closing date.

As is now common, there's a referral element in this competition. Anyone that purchases a ticket can use their own link to encourage others to purchase. For every ticket sale transaction linked to your URL, you will get a free ticket. Plus for every free referral ticket that you earn, you’ll automatically be entered into a monthly cash prize draw. Random draws at the end of September, October and November will each have a cash prize of £2000. These draws we believe will take place regardless of the number of tickets are sold. Our Verdict

These are a pair of amazing properties that would give a winner a dream lifestyle, especially if the rental income is realised. The website is very informative and we're pleased to see that The Stephenson's have included details about running costs. Hopefully this competition will be as successful as Cwellyn Dream and create another Wales property winner.

Closing Date Extended

This competition was expected to end just before Christmas 2020 but was extended to February 2021 in November. The extension is because the competition has sold 100,000 tickets but isn't expected to hit target in December. The cash prize terms have also been changed. The cash prize will be from ticket sales minus £48,168, which "includes legal, website and marketing costs and the referral prizes". The winner will receive 70% plus the charity donation is now at 15%. At 100,000 tickets the cash prize would therefore be over £175,000! Enter Competition Here
