The property, on the doorsteps of Royal William Yard, has three bedrooms - two with ensuite, secluded gardens, study area and even a roof terrace. All plans and images are presented on the owner's impressive looking website.

The owner aims to sell 150,000 paid tickets by the end of April, but a second date has been set in case the target has not been met. The second date is the 25th July 2018, although the terms suggest a further six month deadline is also possible. A cash prize will be awarded in the event of the competition not concluding with the house being won. Note that 10% of the fees will be retained to cover administration and marketing expenditure. Another 10% will be retained and donated to charity (Jerimiah's Journey & Keep Me Close).

Tickets are purchased through a site called Origin Tickets - no admin fee is charged. A free postcard entry route is provided on the site.

£50,000 Winner

The winner of a £50,000 cash prize was announced on Facebook on 17th August 2018. Two cash awards of £9500 were paid to charity. The owner also provided a breakdown of costs - something prospective win a house organisers should check out. The costs included ticket admin, website design and hosting, mailchimp newsletter fees and disputed bank fees.

Despite achieving almost 20,000 ticket sales, the venture resulted in a loss of £3500!
